Byzantine art stretched from the early 4th Century, and lasted until the mid 15th Century. This time experienced lots of art. The art during this time involved many vivid colours and usually involves a gold background. Most artworks were displayed in one-dimension, and mostly is in the from of Mosaics and Frescoes.
